How do I return the product?

We will inform you of the conditions and options for returning your product.

 

Return conditions

You must arrange the return within the specified period:

 

- Online purchases: You have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.

- The product must be in its original condition and with every label.

- You must return the product in the region/region where you purchased the product.

Remember: in the order details We will display the last date for returns.

 

 

WHAT ARE MY RETURN OPTIONS?

               

Kudapymall offers 3 convenient options to return your order:

               

  1. FedEx Drop Off: a printed return form is not required

Free for packages under 1 kg! Takes 5-10 days to arrive at our Returns Center.

 

Please note, this service is only available in select FedEx stores.

 

If FedEx stores are not available in your location, you may request to return via self Shipment:

 

  1. Post Drop Off: (Post office of your country)

Print the Thai Post Return Form.

Pack your items with the Kudapymall Return Form inside.

Attach the Thai Post Shipping Label outside the package.

Drop your package at any Thai Post location.

 

  1. Self-Shipment:

Additional costs may apply depending on the courier used, the weight of the return, and which country you are shipping from. Please ensure to check the transit time before submitting your return.

 

We have a 'No Exchange or Reservation' policy. If you would like to exchange any item, please make a return and place a new order or purchase.

 

 

CAN I RETURN CLEARANCE ITEMS?

 

All Clearance items purchased online and in-stores are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns and refunds. Please ensure to read the product descriptions and Terms and Conditions carefully before you make your purchase.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

 

- Online purchases: You have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.

- To begin your return, go to "My Returns" under your Account.

- Click on "Create a Return" then select the items you wish to return, and the reason why.

- Next, press "Continue" and choose the preferred Type of Refund.

- Review return summary and select your preferred Return Method below. Please note, you may need access to a printer in order to complete your return:

 

  1. FedEx Drop Off: a printed return form is not required

- Seal your items in the original packaging.

- Go to the nearest FedEx branch.

- At the kiosk, select FedEx Drop off option. Type the return tracking number or scan the QR code from the kudapymall App.

- Attach the shipping label printed from the kiosk on your package. Make sure to cover the old label & barcode.

- Hand the package over to the staff and keep the receipt for reference.

 

Drop off cycles:

- Returns created can be dropped off after 9AM on the next day.

 

  1. Thai Post Drop Off: (Post office of your country)

Print the Thai Post Return Form.

Pack your items with the Kudapymall Return Form inside.

Attach the Thai Post Shipping Label outside the package.

Drop your package at any Thai Post location.

 

  1. Self-Shipment:

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping for this option.

How do I prepare the box for a return?

If you don't have the original box You can return the product using another box. The box must be well sealed to prevent the product from being lost. You don't need to write the address on the box.

It is not necessary to attach a receipt.

 

I received my order but it was unsuccessful, what should I do?

If the courier does not pick up the ordered goods Contact us so we can work it out again.

 

Can I return an item once from an individual order?

We would like to remind you that items that are not in the same order cannot be returned. Therefore, you will need to return the items one by one and send them separately.

 

 

IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:

 

  1. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
  2. For hygienic purposes, the following products are non-returnable:

 

Perfume: You can return the product. The product must be in its original condition. And every piece has a label.

 

Pack: Packed products cannot be returned separately.

 

Special packaging and accessories: Products that come with special packaging (bag, special box, …) or accessories. must be returned together and in its original condition

 

Accessories: hair clips, hairpins, hair ties, headpiece, anklets, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, chokers, socks/legwear, and masks,gloves, scarves, headbands, headdresses, hats, fur hats, belts, suspenders, bracelets, bracelets, bow ties, ties, sunglasses, jewellery, umbrellas, pajamas, stockings, leggings D, underwear, wallets, key chains, gadgets cannot be returned.

 

Other Accessories: nipple covers, sticky bras, and fashion fix tapes

 

Bath & Body: sanitizers

 

Other Products: personalized and custom-made items

 

If your order is faulty, contains missing or incorrect items, please contact Customer Service within 5-7 days of receiving your order.

 

  1. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear without removing the hygienic strip. If the hygienic strip has been removed or tampered with, they are no longer eligible for return.

 

Intimates: underwear

 

  1. Cosmetics are eligible for return only when in their original condition: unused and in original packaging. If the cosmetics item was damaged upon delivery, has expired, or is incorrect, the item is eligible for return.
