At KUDAPYMALL, we understand that finding the perfect fit can be a challenge. That's why we're proud to offer a service that allows you to adjust the size of your clothing to better suit your unique proportions. However, it's important to note that not all items are eligible for this service.
Ineligible Items
There are certain categories of products that we are unable to adjust due to their nature or construction. These include:
- Swimwear
- Stretch fabrics
- Jewelry
- Items that require immediate delivery
- Bags
- Shoes
- Watches
- And any other items with specific size limitations
Additionally, we cannot accommodate significant size differences. For example, if an item is currently available only in 2XL, but the customer can only wear a size S, we will not be able to adjust the item to fit. The difference in size is simply too great, and attempting to do so could compromise the garment's shape and structure.
Conversely, we also cannot adjust items that are too small. If a customer orders a size M, but they actually need a size XL, we cannot expand the smaller size to accommodate them.
Eligible Items and Adjustments
Aside from the exceptions mentioned above, we are generally able to provide size adjustments for a wide range of clothing items, such as dresses, formal wear, and suits. The primary adjustments we can make include:
- Bust/chest size
- Waist size
- Hip size
- Dress length
In summary, we can reduce the size of garments to better fit your proportions, but we cannot expand them. Therefore, we recommend that customers order items that are slightly larger than their typical size, and we can then tailor the garment to fit you perfectly.
In some cases, customers may also request adjustments to sleeve length. While we can shorten sleeves, this is not a standard service we offer, and it may incur additional charges.
